Cancellation & refunds
Cohorts are free. Pod membership is £10 a month, starting when you join your first Pod. Cancel any time.
How to cancel
Go to My membership and cancel there, or email hello@worklifegym.com. There is no notice period and no cancellation fee.
What happens next
Cancel any time from your membership page. Your membership runs until the end of the month you have paid for. After that your membership ends, you leave any Pod you are in, and you are not billed again. Your account stays open and Cohorts remain free to browse and join.
Leaving a Pod
You can leave a Pod at any time without penalty. Please tell your Pod first so the group can adjust — a Pod of five weeks works best when people know who is still in.
Refunds
If you are in the UK or EU you have 14 days from your first payment to change your mind and get a full refund, unless you have already taken part in a Session.
Outside that window we do not refund part-months, but if something went wrong — a Pod never ran, Sessions did not happen, or you were charged in error — email us and we will put it right.
Masterclasses
Paid Masterclasses can be cancelled for a full refund up to 48 hours before the start time. If a host cancels, you are refunded in full.
Deleting your account
Cancelling stops billing but keeps your account. To delete it entirely, email hello@worklifegym.com and see our Privacy Policy for what we remove and when.
