These terms are maintained by WorkLife Gym and apply to everyone who uses the site.
By creating an account you agree to these terms, to our Community Standards and to our Privacy Policy.
Your account
You must be 18 or over to join. Keep your login details to yourself, give accurate information, and do not create an account on someone else's behalf. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
Membership and billing
Cohorts are free. Pod membership is £10 a month, starting when you join your first Pod. Cancel any time.
Joining Cohorts is free. Membership is £10 a month, charged when you join your first Pod, and renews monthly until you cancel. Prices shown at checkout are the ones that apply. Payments are processed by Stripe.
Masterclasses and other paid extras, where offered, are priced separately and shown before you commit.
Cancellation and refunds
Cancel any time from your membership page. Your membership runs until the end of the month you have paid for. See our cancellation page for detail, including your statutory 14-day right to change your mind.
How you behave here
Follow the Community Standards. Do not harass other members, share what is said in a Pod outside that Pod, post unlawful or discriminatory content, scrape the site, or use WorkLife Gym to sell to members. We may remove content, suspend or end an account that breaks these terms, and we will explain why where we reasonably can.
Content you post
You keep ownership of what you write. You give us permission to store and display it to the members of the Cohort or Pod it was posted to, so the service can work. Only post material you have the right to share.
What we do and do not promise
WorkLife Gym is peer support and accountability between members. It is not professional coaching, therapy, medical, legal or financial advice, and nothing here should be relied on as such. We do not guarantee any particular outcome, Pod composition, or that a Cohort will fill.
We aim to keep the service available but cannot promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, our liability to you is limited to the membership fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
Ending your membership
You can close your account at any time by emailing us. We may end or suspend an account for a serious or repeated breach of these terms or the Community Standards.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; material changes will be notified by email or in the app before they take effect. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
